We're a small team, so every GripStick order is packed and sent out by us personally. We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, but during busy periods things may take a little longer. We really appreciate your patience and support!!!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
For products marked as Pre-Order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page before you order.
For in-stock products, we'll aim to get your order packed and dispatched as soon as we can.
Once your order is on the way, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details where available.
International orders may be subject to local customs charges, import duties or taxes when they arrive.
RETURNS
We hope you love your GripStick, but we know sometimes things don't work out. If you need to return something, just get in touch and we'll do our best to make the process as easy as possible.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you'd like to return it. You'll then have another 14 days to send it back to us.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
You're welcome to inspect your GripStick when it arrives, but please take care of it if you think you may return it.
- Keep all parts together
- Avoid damaging or modifying the product
- Return the original packaging where possible
- Pack everything securely for the journey back
If an item has been used or damaged beyond what's reasonably needed to inspect it, this may affect the amount we can refund.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or we've sent you the wrong thing, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Send us your order number, a quick description of the problem and some photos if possible, and we'll get it sorted.
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FIT MY CAR?
Please check our Compatibility Guide before ordering. There are thousands of different gear stick designs out there, so unfortunately we can't guarantee fitment on every vehicle ever made.
If you've ordered the wrong adaptor or GripStick isn't suitable for your car, get in touch with us. As long as the product hasn't been damaged or modified, we'll help you with the return.
